AllSource Analysis and Kleos Space form Geospatial Intelligence Partnership

  • Intelligence Delivery Added as an Important Component of AllSource’s Geospatial Intelligence Products

Kleos Space S.A (ASX:KSS, Frankfurt:KS1, Kleos or Company), a space-powered Radio Frequency Reconnaissance data-as-a-service (DaaS) company is pleased to announce that they have finalized a Distribution Partner and Data Integrator Agreement with Longmont, Colorado based AllSource Analysis Inc. (AllSource), a leader in finished geospatial intelligence.

The multi-year agreement allows AllSource to leverage the radio-frequency reconnaissance data-as-a-service (DaaS) captured by Kleos to provide its end customers with additional insights for their intelligence requirements.

Karyn Hayes-Ryan, Kleos Space Inc Director said “The Kleos business model is to sell our data products through integrators that bring different data sets together with the Kleos RF Geolocation data products, analyzing and adding value to the data before selling a derived product to their customer base.  We are very pleased to be working with All Source experts, contributing to their high impact intelligence output.”

AllSource is providing a cost-effective and integrated approach to provide finished geospatially enabled intelligence. This includes leveraging GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, and SIGINT. The data from Kleos will further enable their network of analysts to understand activity on the ground and merge it with other leading imagery and remote sensing data.

AllSource CEO Charles Herring observed, “AllSource’s network of Analysts have experience leveraging SIGINT data for intelligence reporting. The combination of imagery and Kleos data-as-a-service will greatly increase the impact, accuracy and insight our team can produce. Kleos’ data and their business model make a great fit for our growing business. We look forward to the full operation of Kleos constellation and supporting our government and commercial customers with this new asset.”

Under the agreement, AllSource will integrate Kleos data into products and workflows.

Through access to the entire product suite, AllSource will integrate analysis of Kleos data, commercial satellite imagery, and open-source information to produce powerful new insights for products ranging from foundational military data, economic monitoring programs, maritime vessel tracking projects, on-demand intelligence reports, and more.

AllSource has assembled a global team of imagery, geospatial, and subject matter experts giving customers and strategic partners access to the most effective tools, content and automation. This results in delivery of real time finished intelligence to solve customer problems leveraging the access economy business model. Fusing the expertise of a professional network of highly trained analysts with imagery, open source intelligence, and automation provides AllSource the capability to deliver high priority insight, intelligence and wisdom seamlessly to customers.

Kleos’ satellites will detect and geolocate maritime radio frequency transmissions to provide global activity-based intelligence, enhancing the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities of governments and commercial entities when Automatic Identification System (AIS) is defeated, imagery unclear or targets out of patrol range.

Kleos first cluster of four satellites (Kleos Scouting Mission) are launching in November on the ISRO PSLV C49 launch into a 37 degree inclined orbit (launch date subject to change due to COVID related factors), with the second cluster (Polar Vigilance Mission) launching mid 21 with Space X into Sun-Synchronous Orbit.
