Background: 
Jeff has over twenty-five years of combined experience working as a GIS and Geospatial Intelligence Analyst in the private and government sectors. Most recently, he worked as an Imagery/Geospatial Intelligence Analyst for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Prior to this, he worked as a GIS Analyst, GIS Training Specialist, and Application Support Engineer at Motorola’s Public Safety Division implementing Enhanced 9-1-1 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Systems. His specialties include Counter-Terrorism, Anti-Terrorism and Security Analysis, and Middle-East and Southeast/East Asia Geopolitical and Intelligence Issues.

Since joining AllSource Analysis, Jeff has assisted the team of analysts who identified and categorized military facilities as part of the contract awarded by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Anything-as-a- Service (XaaS) program to identify and monitor North Korean Military Facilities. Jeff has also provided monitoring and artificial intelligence (AI) feedback in support of a project for enhanced monitoring of maritime activity.
