Background:
Retired from the Intelligence Community with 39+ years’ experience in imagery analysis, I&W watch officer, foreign disclosure, theater security engagement, and strategic plans, programs and policies.  GEOINT experience included senior Southeast Asia imagery analyst for the National Photographic Interpretation Center, operations officer for the USN’s Decentralized Photographic Interpretation Center, and USAF foreign disclosure officer (coordinated revision of national GEOINT disclosure and release policies for the Pacific region.)  Since joining AllSource Analysis, Tom has assisted the team of analysts who identified and categorized military facilities as part of the contract awarded by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Anything-as-a- Service (XaaS) program to identify and monitor North Korean Military Facilities. Tom has also provided monitoring and artificial intelligence (AI) feedback in support of a project for enhanced monitoring of maritime activity.
